We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Blinkit. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories or documents that were included.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process the refund within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exceptions:

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons ( perfumes/makeup/undergarments) or if they are personalized/customized.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel your order.
