We deliver to addresses within Pakistan.
For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery times may vary.
Delivery Timelines:
Standard delivery times within major cities are typically between 3 to 7 business days.
Remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times, usually between 7 to 14 business days.
Pre-order or customized items may have extended delivery periods, and estimated delivery times will be communicated upon purchase.
Delivery Charges:
We offer free delivery for orders above a certain purchase threshold, which may vary based on promotions or campaigns.
Orders below the specified threshold may incur a nominal delivery fee, which will be displayed during checkout.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the time of placement.
Customers will receive a confirmation email or message upon successful order placement.
Shipment Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS to track the shipment’s status only on Customer Demand.

Receiving Orders:

Returns and Refunds:

Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded which in most cases is Rs.250.
Replacement deliveries are charged at around Rs.350. The charge is purely to cover the courier charges for the 2 way delivery.
